Who We Are

We see the whole business—not just the marketing.

Kramb is a brand, marketing, and business strategy firm built for businesses that are ready to grow with more clarity and intention.

We look beyond individual tactics to understand how the pieces fit together—your brand, customers, marketing, offers, operations, opportunities, and goals. Then we help identify what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what deserves your attention next.

Sometimes that means strengthening your brand or building a smarter marketing strategy. Sometimes it means rethinking an offer, improving the customer experience, pursuing a new opportunity, or simply getting clear on what not to do.

And we don’t believe a good strategy should end with a document sitting on your desk. When you need us, we can stay at the table to help turn that strategy into action.

Big-picture thinking. Clear direction. Practical strategy built around your business.

Jess Lamb built Kramb around a simple belief: good marketing starts with understanding the business behind it.

With nearly two decades of experience in marketing and business leadership, Jess brings both strategy and a business owner’s perspective to the table. She’s a marketer, entrepreneur, and real estate investor who understands firsthand what it means to make decisions when the time, money, and results are yours.

Her strength is seeing the bigger picture—connecting the dots between brand, marketing, operations, and growth to uncover what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and where the greatest opportunities are.

No fluff. No one-size-fits-all playbook. Just thoughtful strategy built around where your business is—and where you want to take it.

Owner

The Experience Behind Kramb.

My career has never fit neatly into one box—and that’s exactly what I bring to the table.

My background spans marketing strategy, brand development, leadership, human resources, operations, entrepreneurship, and real estate. I’ve spent 12 years helping lead a growing company from the inside, built businesses of my own, invested in real estate, managed rental properties, and made plenty of decisions where the money on the line was actually mine.

That changes the way I think.

I understand the creative side of building a brand and telling a compelling story, but I also understand that a great idea has to make sense for the business. What will it cost? What will it return? Does it support the bigger goal? Is this really the best place to spend your time, money, and energy—or is there a smarter move?

I started Kramb because I saw a gap between traditional marketing agencies and traditional business consultants. Too often, marketing is treated separately from everything else happening inside a business. But your brand, customers, operations, opportunities, finances, and growth are all connected.

Sometimes what looks like a marketing problem isn’t a marketing problem at all.

Kramb exists to look at the whole picture, connect the dots, ask the questions that need to be asked, and help business owners get clear on what actually deserves their attention next.

Because the goal isn’t to do more.

It’s to make smarter moves.

The Kramb Perspective

Good strategy starts with understanding the whole picture.

I believe the best decisions happen when you’re willing to look beyond the obvious problem, ask better questions, and connect the things that are too often treated separately.

Start with the real problem.

The thing that brought you here may not be the thing that actually needs fixing. Before jumping to solutions, we figure out what’s really going on.

Look at the whole business.

Brand, marketing, customers, operations, finances, opportunities, and growth don’t exist in separate boxes. A decision in one area almost always affects another.

Make the idea make sense.

I love big ideas. But a great idea still needs to work in the real world. We’ll consider the investment, the return, the resources it requires, and whether it actually moves the business forward.

More isn’t always better. Sometimes the smartest strategy is deciding what not to do so you can put your time, money, and energy behind the things that matter most.

Build for what comes next.

The goal isn’t a quick fix. It’s making smart decisions today that create more opportunity tomorrow.

That’s the thinking behind Kramb: see the whole picture, connect the dots, and make smarter moves.
